1.OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB / 岗位目标
This position is mainly responsible for DL recruitment, staffing process, attendance management, administration service to internal customers incl. canteen and shuttle bus.
主要负责产线员工面试、员工在职全流程管理、考勤管理和餐厅、班车管理。
2.MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
2.1 Responsible for the recruitment of operator, and establish kinds of channel to assume the supply On time to meet the production requirement.(etc. On site, technical school and recommendation)
负责产线员工招聘工作,建立多种渠道保证满足生产需求(如每周现场、校园招聘与员工推荐)。
2.2 To update recruitment information monthly and submit monthly report. Supply position requisition and related documents On procedure and update information into the Kenexa system.更新月度招聘的信息并提交月度招聘报告与报表;按流程及时提交岗位申请与相关资料并维护系统信息。
2.3 Responsible for recruitment system and process enhancement to meet internal/external requirement.
负责招聘体系和流程的更新与完善,以满足内外部的需求。
2.4 Complete the recruitment task to meet the position need and give feedback to the manager & colleague On time.
根据岗位要求完成招聘任务并及时向部门经理与同事反馈招聘进展。
2.5 Maintain effective communication with internal department and outer recruitment channel to meet the recruitment requirement.
保持与内部各部门与外部招聘渠道的有效沟通以满足招聘需求。
2.6 Responsible for Employee On board, probation evaluation and resignation process, complete related procedures requirement On time.
负责新入职员工的入职、转正与离职等程序,根据要求按时完成相关程序。
2.7 Responsible for maintain,update all employees master data both offline files and Online system.
负责员工主数据的管理更新及维护。
2.8 Responsible for managing labor contract and personnel files.
负责管理员工合同和员工档案。
2.9 Prepare and update Headcount information monthly and related report On HC.
准备和更新月度人员的信息及相关人员信息的报表。
2.10 Manage the employee attendance and complete the monthly attendance report.
管理员工考勤并按时提交月度考勤报告与报表。
2.11 Manage canteen and shuttle bus work.
管理餐厅和班车等工作。
2.12 Completes other projects as assigned by supervisor.
完成主管安排的其它项目。

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/教育及经验要求
4.1 Bachelor’s degree above, major in Human Resources Management is preferred.
本科学历以上,主修人力资源管理优先。
4.2 Three more year working experiences in HR field.
2年以上人事工作经验。
